The Main Room
Our most popular and versatile private-party space features a Brunswick walnut
and mahogany bar, a line of Art Deco pendant lights, café seating and highboy cocktail tables to circulate your event's festive
spirit. Only open for private functions, The Main Room hosts gatherings for as many as 150 people or as few as 50, perfect
for all types of events, from Wedding Receptions and Birthday Parties, to Office Holiday Parties and Good Old-Fashioned Client
Receptions. With a street-level entrance (handicap accessible), full audio/visual capabilities and the best staff, we can
promise that your first party at The Main Room won't be your last! In addition
to a compact disc player, there is also a jukebox, and a disc jockey station available for your music preference. We also have a large screen for any televised or videotaped program.
As the bartender pours a drink and sets it on the long, dark bar, candlelight plays along the exposed brick walls and
vaulted ceilings.
The Normandie (aka: The Speakeasy) Room
Used as an overflow room for the Main Party Room, the Normandie Room is great
for business, chapter or board meetings. In honor of the Art Deco splendor of
the SS Normandie Smokers Lounge, The Normandie and Main Room together hosts any type of party with the style and grace
that built Chicago (and the good cheer that ended prohibition!)
