Three exciting restaurants have joined the 2024 Michelin Guide Chicago. These eateries bring fresh flavors and unique culinary experiences to the city.

Anelya, located in Avondale, serves Eastern European dishes with a twist. The menu includes green borsch, sunflower seed hummus, and Ukrainian dumplings.

Diners can also enjoy traditional butter-glazed bread and a special cart with small bites.

In the West Loop’s Fulton Market District, Beity offers Lebanese cuisine through a tasting menu. Guests can savor dishes like parsley hummus with lamb, fish and rice, chicken stew, and meat dumplings with garlic yogurt sauce.

Bayan Ko, situated on Montrose Avenue, blends Filipino and Cuban flavors. The restaurant features a five-course tasting menu that changes regularly.

Some standout dishes include baby octopus adobo and a black rice and lobster dish with a quail egg.

These three restaurants are now “recommended” in the Michelin Guide. This means they might be considered for Bib Gourmand awards or Michelin stars in the future.

Chicago’s food scene continues to grow and impress with these new additions. Food lovers have even more options to explore and enjoy in the city.
