Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Bananas

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Whole Egg

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted

  • 1.5 Cup AP Flour

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 Tsp Salt

Directions

  • Peel bananas and mash completely.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine.
  • Grease a loaf pan.
  • Add mixture to the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 1 hour @ 325F

Notes

  • After 1 hour check with a toothpick by poking in the middle. If nothing sticks to the toothpick, it's done. If it does stick, continue to bake for 5 minutes at a time until done.
